1. Identity and scope of application

The website linkedproduct.com is operated by AdProTech OÜ (Estonia). These terms apply to access and use of the Site, as well as to purchases made by consumers over 18 years of age.

2. Purchase process and contract

1. Select products and add them to the cart.
2. Confirm shipping and payment details at checkout.
3. You will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we accept your order and process payment.

In cases of unavailability, obvious pricing error or anti-fraud detection, we may cancel and fully refund the amount.

3. Prices, taxes and payment methods

• Prices are shown on the Site and include applicable taxes depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Accepted methods: debit and credit cards, PayPal and secure payment gateways.
• Payments are processed through a certified gateway (PCI DSS compliant). More in Payment & Security.

4. Shipping and delivery

• Spain: 2–4 business days.
• European Union: 4–7 business days.
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days.

Risk and title transfer upon delivery to the recipient or designated person.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without the need for justification.

Conditions

• Product unused and in perfect condition.
• Complete and original packaging.
• QR not activated.
• Accessories and documentation included.

Exclusions

• Products with an activated QR.
• Personalized items or made to measure.

6. Returns and refunds

• Return costs will depend on the reason. If the error is ours (defect, damage or incorrect shipment), we will bear the costs.
• The refund is made using the same payment method within a maximum of 15 calendar days after validating the returned product’s condition.

7. Warranties

We apply the applicable legal warranty. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we prioritize replacement at no cost, or the most appropriate solution depending on the case.

8. Proper use and liability

• You agree to lawful use of the Site and not to interfere with its security or operation.
• We will not be liable for delays or failures due to force majeure or causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual and industrial property

Trademarks, logos, designs, texts, software and Site contents are owned by AdProTech OÜ / LinkedProduct or third-party licensors. Reproduction or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. User account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities carried out with them. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized access.

11. Reviews and user content

Reviews must be truthful and respectful. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates the law or these terms.

12. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is detailed in the Cookie Policy.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Unless mandatory rules state otherwise, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Modifications will apply from their publication on the Site.
