You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Return conditions

For a refund to be valid, the product must:

Be unused and in perfect condition.
Keep the complete and original packaging.
Have the QR code not activated.
Include all accessories and add-ons received.

Exclusions

Products whose QR has already been activated.
Personalized items or made to special order.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are assessed according to the reason:

If the error is ours (damaged, defective or incorrect product), LinkedProduct will bear the costs.
In other cases, costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once the product is received and validated, we will process the refund within a maximum of 15 calendar days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Defective or damaged product

If your product arrives damaged or defective, our priority is to offer you an immediate replacement at no additional cost.
