1) How does the QR work exactly?
On the first scan it activates and personalizes the experience (sign + profile). From then on, you access your content daily just by scanning. No apps, no heavy sign-ups.
2) Do I need to download an app?
No. Use your phone’s native camera. If it doesn’t detect QR, any free reader works.
3) Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Modern iOS and Android read QR with the camera. We recommend keeping your system up to date.
4) What if I’m gifting it and someone scans it first?
The first scan activates and associates it. If it was activated by mistake, contact us immediately: support.
5) Does the QR expire or stop working?
It doesn’t expire. The QR is permanent for the product. If we ever migrate technology, we guarantee compatibility.
6) Can I use the same QR on multiple phones?
Yes. The QR opens the experience on any phone that scans it, keeping the same personalization.
7) What kind of messages do I get when scanning?
Daily sans pitié-style messages (direct motivation) with sections: intro, astro, decision, love, action, shadow, and closing. Short, clear, and actionable.
8) Do they change daily or repeat?
They change every day and there are variants to avoid repetition among users of the same sign.
9) How do you ensure each product is unique?
Each piece carries a unique QR linked to an exclusive ID in our database.
10) I lost my jewelry or QR card — what now?
Write to us with your proof of purchase. We’ll look for a fair case-by-case solution. Contact.
11) Does it work without internet?
You need a connection to load content. Without data, the message can’t update.

13) What exactly is inside the box?
- Jewelry or product with a unique QR.
- 80×60 mm card with QR and quick guide.
- Initial printed letter in sans pitié style.

14) Materials and allergies
We use selected materials (e.g., 925 silver in jewelry). If you have specific allergies, contact us before purchasing.
15) The QR is damaged / hard to read
Try good lighting and a gentle clean. If it persists, write to us; we’ll assess replacement case by case.
16) Returns — 14 days (not 60)
You have 14 calendar days, product in perfect condition, complete packaging, and QR not activated. Manage it here: Returns policy.
17) Shipping, timing, and tracking

18) Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to multiple countries. Checkout shows availability and cost based on your address.
19) Can I customize the letter inside?
Yes, in specific campaigns or special orders. Ask about availability: Contact.
20) Product warranty
Applicable legal warranty. If something isn’t up to standard, we solve it without fuss. Open ticket.

23) How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
Use a soft dry cloth. Avoid chemicals, direct perfumes, and salt water. Keep it in its box to avoid micro-scratches.
